Subscription Terms

1. Services Provided

Yunolabs provides:

  • One-Time Website Design & Development: A professional website built using Next.js, including design mock-ups, revisions, development, on-page SEO, analytics integration, and deployment.
  • Ongoing Website Services: Maintenance, updates, technical support, and CMS management for the duration of the subscription.

Revision Policy

  • Feedback is consolidated into revision rounds for design and development.
  • Clients are encouraged to submit all requested changes at once to maximize efficiency.

2. Technical Support

  • Support is provided via allocated Support Units, representing hours of work by our team.
  • Turnaround times depend on the type and complexity of the request; typical content updates are completed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 10AM–6PM (Singapore time, excluding public holidays).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide content, images, videos, and instructions in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to approvals and feedback requests
  • Ensure access to domain hosting, accounts, and other necessary resources

Delays on the client’s side may affect timelines but do not change the terms of service.

4. Ownership

  • Yunolabs retains ownership of website design, code, and proprietary systems until full service obligations are completed.
  • Clients own all content and data they provide, as well as any leads collected through the website.
  • Upon completion of the subscription, full ownership of the website, code, and assets is transferred to the Client.

Exclusions

  • Certain third-party integrations (e.g., analytics, UX tools, CMS platforms) remain under the ownership of their providers. Continued use may require separate licenses.

5. Confidentiality

  • All client information is treated as confidential and used only for service delivery.
  • Yunolabs will not disclose client data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Confidentiality obligations continue for one year after termination of the subscription.

6. Liability

  • Yunolabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the scope of services provided under the subscription.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any disputes will be addressed first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Small Claims Tribunals.

8. Termination & Transition

  • Clients may cancel the subscription at any time with notice.
  • Upon termination, clients may request a transfer of website code, content, and assets.
  • Proprietary systems or third-party integrations cannot be transferred without separate arrangements.
